Animals are my passion. I have had years of hands-on training and experience volunteering at countless Houston area rescues and shelters: BARC, Houston Zoo, Rescued Pets Movement, Treat’em Right, Been Bullied, Science Resource Center, Halters, Inc. and Honoring Hope and Faith Rescue. My work with these groups helped teach me the fundamentals of animal behavior and effective training techniques and best practices. After years volunteering and working at a local pet service company, I decided it was time to go out on my own! I founded Jenevi’s Pet Services and the rest is history. I am comfortable working with many types of animals, breeds, and species. I specialize in parrots, large dogs (bully breeds), and shy rescue dogs. When I am not caring for furbabies across Houston, I stay busy as a foster mom and director of my own rescue HTX Dog Rescue. I'm also a director with Dogs Got Souls where we educate people out service dogs, help people owner train service dogs and train rescue dogs to help them and their forever homes.
